RETURN/EXCHANGES

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY?

While we hope that you love every purchase, if unfortunately you do not, any or all items from your online order that you wish to return must be received by Belle Diva within a period of 14 calendar days of the received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.

Returned products MUST be in the new condition as supplied, unused, unwashed and unworn and include all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. • Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return. We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued, but additional delivery fees may be charged.


To return goods please include the original receipt(or receipts if multiple deliveries) enclosed with your original delivery of goods.
Goods are returned to Belle Diva at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.
Please send your returns along with the original receipt and a note with reason for returning/exchange 

READ THE POINTS BELOW CAREFULLY REGARDING ALL RETURNS:

Footwear:
• Must be tried on carpeted surfaces. 

Additional:
• The package is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we recommend that you send the package by recorded delivery for security purposes which will insure you for the value of the goods.
• Please keep a record of proof of postage with the tracking number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receiving the item. Please be aware that during seasonal peaks there may be a slight delay. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s).

Once your return has been processed, you will be sent an email confirmation.

Card: Allow 3-5 working days for this transaction to appear on your bank statement.

PayPal: PayPal will send a confirmation email advising your refund amount and original payment method you used.


CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE TO BELLE DIVA STORE?

You may return your item(s) to Belle Diva, however, please note we are only open Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm.
